Termini e condizioni del servizio

About these terms

This store is operated by SONGWEI HOME. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products

Our panels and accessories are made from solid wood. Grain pattern, colour tone and minor dimensional variation are natural characteristics of the material and are not defects. Product photographs are representative; the item you receive is the item described in the listing.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any import duties or taxes charged at your border. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch and will contact you first. An order is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit we will replace it or refund you.

Custom orders

Panels cut to your own dimensions are made to order and cannot be cancelled once cutting has started.

Liability

Our panels are wall-mounted storage. You are responsible for choosing a wall type and fixing method suitable for the load, and for installing according to the instructions supplied. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation or by exceeding the stated load limits.
