Returns

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the return address and a reference number.

Return shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. If the item arrived damaged, faulty or was not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once a returned item reaches us and passes inspection, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days. We will email you when the refund has been issued. Bank processing times vary and are outside our control.

Items that cannot be returned

Custom-cut panels made to your own dimensions, and any item that has been installed, drilled or modified, cannot be returned unless it is faulty.

Warranty

Solid wood panels carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects such as delamination, warping that is not caused by moisture, or a faulty hole pattern. Normal variation in wood grain and colour is not a defect.

Damaged in transit

Please photograph the outer packaging and the item before opening it fully, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
